Liutech screw vacuum pumps are efficiently used in the CNC processing industry Монгол
With the rapid development of automobile, national defense, aviation, aerospace and other industries as well as the application of new materials such as aluminum alloys, the speed requirements for CNC machine tool processing are getting higher and higher, and the supporting vacuum pumps play a key role.
Vacuum adsorption is a common application of vacuum pumps. Vacuum pumps are often used to achieve negative pressure vacuum adsorption in CNC processing. In CNC machining, cutting fluid is often used to cool the workpiece, and the cutting fluid will be sucked into the pipeline by the vacuum. In order to prevent cutting fluid from entering the vacuum pump, gas-liquid separation equipment is usually installed between the vacuum pump and CNC equipment.
The original factory line of the Thai customer we serve uses 9 water ring vacuum pumps. Not only does it consume high energy, but the site is messy and there are certain risks. After many discussions with the group's equipment manager, the engineer finally finalized the plan and decided to replace nine 15kW water ring vacuum pumps with two Liutech 37kW screw vacuum pumps. After the equipment was put into trial operation for a period of time, the results showed that the energy saving rate was as high as 40%-50%, and it is expected to save nearly 300,000 kilowatt hours of electricity every year.
Liutech screw vacuum pumps are widely used in the processing of plastics, glass, aluminum plates and other industries.
