1. Before installation, the clean room must be thoroughly cleaned. If there is dust inside the purification air conditioning system, it should be cleaned and wiped again.

2. After the clean room and purification air conditioning system meet the cleaning requirements, the purification air conditioning system must be put into trial operation. After continuous operation for more than 12 hours, install the high-efficiency filter immediately after cleaning and wiping the clean room again.

3. The transportation and storage of products should be put on hold in the direction of the manufacturer's logo. During transportation, it should be handled with care to prevent violent vibration and collision.

4. When installing the filter, it should be reasonably adjusted according to the resistance of each filter. For one-way flow, the difference between the rated resistance of each filter and the average resistance of each filter should be less than 5%.

5. The frame on which the filter is installed should be flat. The allowable deviation of the flatness of the installation frame of each filter is not more than 1mm.

6. When the sealing between the filter and the frame adopts the methods of sealing gasket, self-adhesive, negative pressure sealing, liquid tank sealing and double-ring sealing, the packing surface, filter frame surface and frame surface must be wiped clean.

7. When using a gasket, the thickness of the gasket should not exceed 8mm. When using liquid tank sealing, there should be no liquid seepage at the joints of the frame. When using a double-ring seal, do not block the holes on the ring cavity when pasting the seal; both the double-ring seal and the negative pressure seal must keep the negative pressure pipeline unobstructed.

8. When installing the high-efficiency filter, the arrow on the outer frame should be in the same direction as the airflow. When it is installed vertically, the crease seam of the filter paper should be perpendicular to the ground.
